Before you begin

Note: Storage complex repair actions must always be managed from the management console. To replace any FRUs identified in this procedure, use Storage Facility Management > storage facility > Exchange Parts. If the FRUs are listed in this or another Serviceable Event, select them from there.

Procedure

Is the reference code 3114?

Yes: Replace the I/O backplane.
No: Continue with the next FRU in the list.
