MAP7020 Private network isolation procedure 20

The Network Topology tool has been used to determine that one or both management consoles have lost connectivity to all nodes on a single storage facility (both CEC enclosures) through both networks (Black/eth0 and Gray/eth3).

Procedure

This failure cannot be caused by a single network problem. Do the following:

Ensure that power is available to the failing storage facility.
Ensure that the Ethernet cables which link the failing storage facility to the one containing the management console are installed and connected.
Ensure that the Ethernet cables which link to an external management console are installed and connected.
Go to MAP1200 Prioritizing serviceable events and visual symptoms for repair.
