The state of the managed system is displayed for the State label.
| State | Description |
|---|---|
| Error | The managed system's operating system or hardware is
experiencing errors. To recover this state, go to MAP6650 Correcting the CEC enclosure operating state. |
| Error - Dump in Progress | The managed system has started a system dump. |
| Error - Terminated | The power-on operation failed. |
| Incomplete | The management
console did
not receive all of the necessary information from the managed system. To recover this state, go to MAP6650 Correcting the CEC enclosure operating state. |
| Initializing | The managed system is powering on. |
| No Connection | The management
console cannot
contact the managed system. To recover this state, go to MAP6650 Correcting the CEC enclosure operating state. |
| Not Available | The partition is powered off. |
| On Demand Recovery | The old capacity card has been replaced; enter the activation code. |
| Operating | The managed system is powered on and functioning normally. |
| Power off | The managed system is powered off. |
| Recovery | The partition data and profile data stored in the managed
system is damaged. To recover this state, go to MAP6650 Correcting the CEC enclosure operating state. |
| Running | The LPAR DS8000® code is operational. |
| Standby | The managed system has been powered on using the partition standby power-on option. |
