This MAP is called when a problem might be caused by an unplugged, incorrectly plugged, or damaged RIO or SPCN cable.
If the serviceable event was created during customer system activity, the FRU list is repaired in the order listed.
If the serviceable event was created during an installation or repair activity that connected the cable, the cable FRU is inspected and replaced first, followed by the logic FRUs.

If a problem is found, the SPCN cables cannot be hot plugged. You will need to do a pseudo repair of the I/O enclosure backplane assembly.
