The RAID controller card at the location that is listed
in the serviceable event failed power-on self-test during storage
enclosure installation.

The FRU list of the serviceable event that sent you here
contains:
Complete the following steps to correct the RAID controller
error.
Procedure
- Ensure that each power supply is fully seated
with the orange retaining clip at the bottom (vertical mount on Models 961, 96E) or toward the right
(horizontal mount on Models 961, 96E). See Figure 1. If a power
supply is not fully seated or incorrectly inserted, correct the problem
and retry the storage enclosure installation.
- Check the storage enclosure power supply LEDs.
See Figure 1.
The following indications are correct:
- AC
is lit.
- DC
is lit.
- ! (fault/identify)
is out (not lit).

- Are the power supply indications correct?
- Yes, continue to step 4.
- No, correct the problem or replace the power supply and retry
the storage enclosure installation.
- Reseat the RAID controller card at the location
that is listed, and retry the storage enclosure installation.
- If the installation fails, replace the RAID controller
card at the location that is listed, and retry the storage enclosure
installation.
- If the installation still fails, contact your next level
of support.
