MAP32A0 SRC BE3400A9 Repair detected partner device adapter card with FC-AL loops not in Good state so did not verify cabling for partner DA card

Use this MAP to determine if the part device adapter (DA) card needs repair.

About this task

DA cards work in pairs to provide redundant access through the FC-AL cable to the storage enclosures. The repair of the first DA card was successful. During the FRU verification cable check routine the one or more FC-AL cable-related problems were found and the partner DA card cabling check was not performed.

Procedure

The physical location code of the partner DA card is listed in the FRU list of the serviceable event that sent you here. Display open serviceable events.
Repair any serviceable events that lists the partner DA card or any FC-AL cables connected to the first DA card or partner DA card. If there are no related serviceable events, contact your next level of support.
