MAP31D0 ISS DA state save data collection

A showstop condition was detected and requires collection of state save data to assist next level of support in analyzing the error.

About this task

FER = 2Ah SS_LRC_FAILURE The adapter caused an LRC error.
FER = 2Bh SS_SHOWSTOP_INTERRUPT The host software requested a show stop.

Offload needed ISS DA state save data:

From the navigation area, click Storage Facility Management > storage facility > SF image.
From the bottom Task area, click Data Collection Tasks > Process ISS DA State Saves.
Select the appropriate ISS DA state saves. If sent here by a serviceable event with SRC BE33CE20, then select the ISS DA state saves whose timestamps most closely match that of the serviceable event.
Click Off Load to begin the collection of the selected data.
Contact next level of support with the location of this state save data.
If the serviceable event that sent you here is still in the open state, close it now and exit this MAP.
