MAP3060 Array member missing and opening adapter is not available

A RAID 5 array has at least one DDM missing and it is not currently connected to the Fibre Channel device adapter that opened it.

About this task

This may have been caused by a Fibre Channel device adapter and a DDM failing, or it may have been caused by a change to the system configuration while a RAID array was still open.

Procedure

Contact your next level of support.

Notes: The next level of support may need to do the following:

If the missing DDM is still operational, reconnect it to the FC loop.
If the original Fibre Channel device adapter is operational, reconnect the offline array to that adapter.
If both the Fibre Channel device adapter and the DDM have failed, replace the adapter and the DDM.
Delete the array and then recreate the array.
