MAP1225 Closing a serviceable event

Using the management console to close a serviceable event that has been repaired.

MAP1225 Section-1

Close the serviceable event that has been repaired:

From the navigation area, click Service Management.
In the right work area, click Manage Serviceable Events. A window opens and displays a list of selection criteria.
You can use the default criteria or modify the criteria for your needs. Click OK. The Serviceable Event Overview window opens.
Select a serviceable event. Click Selected > Close Event.
