Explanation
The paging VIOS did not respond
correctly to a LIC request.
Response
If the platform is HMC-managed:>
- If there are multiple VIOS servers running, determine which one
is acting as the paging VIOS by looking at the shared memory pool
properties.
- Validate that the paging VIOS is in 'Running' state via the HMC
GUI or Command Line.
- Verify you can access the paging VIOS console, and interact with
the paging VIOS operating system.
- If steps 2 or 3 are unsuccessful, look for other errors and perform
any actions indicated to resolve those errors.
If the platform is not HMC-managed, or the above steps do
not resolve the problem, contact your service provider.
