  6. Are you here to install R4-S11, R4-S15, R4-S21, or R4-S25?
    • Yes, the FC-AL cable bundle needs to be routed to Rack-2, go to the next step.
    • No, the FC-AL cable bundle should have already been routed to Rack-2, go to step 8.
Note: If the cable bundle was not already routed, then the sequence of installing the Rack-4 storage enclosures from top to bottom was not followed. Go to step 7.
  7. This step routes (but does not connect) the loose end of a Rack-4 FC-AL cable bundle to storage enclosures in Rack-2. DO NOT connect the cables until directed in the next step, as it will cause installation errors.
    Notes:
    • The loose end of the cable bundle has four sub-bundles of two cables each. Two sub-bundles will be routed to the left side of the storage enclosures and two sub-bundles will be routed to the right side of the storage enclosures.
    • Use Table 2 columns two and three to determine the Rack-2 storage enclosure locations that the FC-AL cables will be connected to.
    • Use Figure 3 to determine the Rack-2 storage enclosure to route the FC-AL cable bundle to. The cable bundle consists of 4 blue FC-AL cables.
