About this task

Note: Storage complex repair actions must always be managed from the management console. To replace any FRUs identified in this procedure, use Storage Facility Management > storage facility > Exchange Parts. If the FRUs are listed in this or another Serviceable Event, select them from there.

Use the table that follows to determine the failing FRU.

Table 1. Reference code repair actions (Models 941, 951)
Reference code	Description/Action
1xxx 1611, 1612, or 1613	Processor voltage regulator 1 at location Un-P2-C3 is failing. Replace it.
1xxx 1621, 1622, or 1623	Processor voltage regulator 2 at location Un-P2-C4 is failing. Replace it.
1xxx 1631, 1632, or 1633	Processor voltage regulator 3 at location Un-P2-C5 is failing. Replace it.
1xxx 2602 and all other reference codes	Failing processor voltage regulator card cannot be determined. Replace processor voltage regulator cards sequentially. If 1xxx 2602 appears again, replace CEC enclosure system processor backplane assembly Un-P2.
1xxx 8450	Fewer processor voltage regulator cards than processor cards are installed.
1xxx 8451	Too few processor voltage regulator cards installed.
