MAP6105 Display and record the HMC customer configuration and network settings information
Use this MAP to display information about the HMC customer configuration and network settings and then record this information on paper.

Procedure
- You were sent here to display and record the HMC customer configuration and network settings that need to be restored because the customer Communications Resources worksheets cannot be found.
- Can you log in to the HMC?
- Yes, continue with step 3.
- No, call the next level of support.
- Display and record the settings for the options that are listed in the second column of Table 1. To access the management console navigation item that is listed in the second column of Table 1, do the following actions:
- From the navigation area, click HMC Management, then go to the Operations section.

- From the navigation area, click Service Management. Go to the Connectivity section to select the desired HMC remote support options.

- Click Service Management. From the right work area, select the desired task.
