 Licensed Internal Code failure on the Hardware Management Console (HMC). 

Response
 An error occurred while attempting to process an RFILE or HFILE in an MCF. We were undoing a previous activate or deactivate on this MCF. This file was to be applied after reboot. The error ocurred while copying the file being patched to a temporary file. 

Problem determination
			No action is required.
