Explanation
There is insufficient licensed memory for firmware to support the manufacturing default configuration partition.
Problem determination
There are two possible solutions to this issue: (A) Contact IBM or marketing representative to obtain an activation code to license more memory in the system; or (B) Use management console to configure a partition with less memory.
