Explanation
 A problem occurred during the IPL of a partition.

Response
 The partition ID is
in extended word one as LP=xxx in decimal format. 
During the partition IPL, code
tried to determine if the device in a slot was an I/O
Processor or an I/O Adapter.  That check failed.  Check your
LPAR configuration and make sure that the correct slot is
specified for the IPL load source.  Then retry the partition
IPL.  If this does not resolve the problem, perform LICIP15.

Problem determination
			No action is required.
