Explanation
An emergency service processor fail-over (EFO) was requested when the system was in
the transitory state. This will cause termination of the secondary service
processor first, then failover will begin.
Response
If this is a tracking event, no
service actions are required. Otherwise, use the FRU and procedure callouts
detailed with the SRC to determine service actions.
