 CD-ROM read problems after boot.

MAP0050 SCSI Bus Problems. 
Note: The boot record was read from the CD-ROM disk. However, 
errors occurred when trying to mount the CD-ROM file system. This problem 
can be caused by SCSI device addressing, SCSI terminator, open PTC, SCSI cable, 
etc.  

Problem determination
			No action is required.
